We also strive to present you with a concise report after a repair or maintenance completion for all systems worked on. However, "promise of payment" will not guarantee that a report will be sent to you. All bills and monies due must be paid by the reported due date in order for our software system to send your warranty, and/or PM reports and certificates to you. These reports must be placed in a conspicuous place, viewable at all times and be made available to your state physicist for inspection. If these reports are not received, you risk the chance of having your system labeled "not to use" by the state physicist until proof of inspection is obtained. The above rules also apply to the filing of your system's FDA 2579 forms. Terms regarding past due balances and payments. All invoices and bills must be paid by the due date listed on your service/sales invoice. All balances past due over 90 days will be sent to collections. You will also not be given any PM appointments/parts/systems until the past due balances are paid. (See above for past due limitations) Any balances over due after 12 months will be handed over to a collection attorney for payment. Any or all attorney fees then become the reasonability of the the past due account. Payment arrangements can be made under some circumstances.
